How to use
- Take 1 cup of dosa mix in a bowl.
- Slowly add 1 to 1¼ cups of water and mix into a smooth batter.
- Rest for 10–15 minutes. Add salt if needed.
- Pour on a hot tawa and cook until crisp. Serve with chutney or sambar.
