Delivery and Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver across India. Most of our customers are in Tamil Nadu.

How we send your order

We pack every order in Theni and send it by ST Courier or India Post, depending on whether your PIN code is served. Cash on Delivery orders are always sent by India Post. Once your order is shipped, the courier name and tracking number appear on your order page (use “Track order” with your order number and mobile number).

Delivery charges

• In Tamil Nadu, delivery is free on online-payment orders above ₹500. Some combo packs also ship free.
• For all other orders, the delivery fee depends on the delivery state and the products in your cart. The exact fee is always shown at checkout, before you pay.

Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders we ask you to pay ₹80 online to confirm the order. This amount is part of your bill. You pay the remaining amount in cash to the India Post delivery person.

Order processing and delivery time

We start packing after your payment (or the Cash on Delivery advance) is received. Delivery time depends on the courier and your location; the courier’s tracking page shows the latest status. If your parcel seems delayed, please contact us with your order number.
