Cancellation and Refund Policy | Evergreen Natural Foods

Evergreen Natural Foods believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

You can ask us to cancel an order before it is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation request may not be possible once the parcel has been handed to the courier.
Because our products are food items, we do not accept cancellation requests for perishable products once they have been shipped. However, a refund or replacement can be made if you show that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to us as soon as you receive the parcel, with a clear photo of the item and the packing. We will check it and decide on a refund or replacement.
If you feel the product received is not as shown on the website, please tell us as soon as you receive it. Our customer service team will look into your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or UPI app may take a few days to show the amount.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the ₹80 advance you pay online is part of your bill. If an order is cancelled or refunded, please contact us and we will tell you how the advance is handled.
